Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made upon receiving the goods, delivered by the courier company Speedy AD. The payment is made directly to the courier in cash upon delivery. Available only in Bulgaria.

Payment with debit/credit card via VPOS: Accepted card types are debit, credit, and business cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, and bCard. Transactions are carried out through the security programs Mastercard Identity Check and VISA Secure. For security reasons, the maximum amount for card payments is * EUR. We do not store any data from the bank cards used for payments on the website. If a refund is required for a payment made by bank card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the payment.

Refunds related to payments made: If the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be processed via a reverse transaction to the card within approximately five business days, depending on the bank/card issuer. This is done after the Merchant receives the returned product from the Customer. If the payment was made via cash on delivery, the Customer sends the product back to the Merchant using cash on delivery for the value of the product paid. Upon receiving the product, the Merchant pays the amount to the courier, after which the Customer can collect their refund from Speedy AD.
